Our linguistic culture mediation activity guarantees an intervention centered on the objective of facilitating communication between immigrants/refugees and services, between people and groups who have a different ethnic culture character. In this way, it contributes to preventing or resolving the naïve conflicts of linguistic or cultural misconceptions, also working towards a transformation of parties and a mutual change of attitudes.
